Tiffany&co Help! Present?

ok, so its my 16th birthday in like 10 days or so. for my 16th my major present is a $10 000 trip to india, but were going in january, so i get to pic one other reasonably small thing to get on my actual birthday from Tiffany & Co.
my limit is $5000, and iv narrowed it down to 28 items.
OK, so which one/ones do you think i should get?
