Tiffany & Co Online Payment?

ok so i want to by a necklaces from Tiffany for my g/f for Christmas…is there a way to pay monthly?? from the site?? i have a credit card but school has caused me to be very near the limit…and i dont want to dump the WHOLE amount on the card so what can i do??
