I Got Ripped Off By Tiffany & Co.?

My boyfriend and I went online and purchased a “return to tiffany” Bracelet from www.Tiffany.com when we recived it I knew something was wrong because i have the necklace which I bought from another Tiffany’s store. Some of the links were not round and it seemed far to shiny and way way to light compared to my necklace. Since we have started to become suspicious we called the store and asked them questions they said it seemed a bit not suspicious as well. We ordered this direct from their website and I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems or knows how I should go about this?
